SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

All items shipped in the US are sent via UPS Ground.  International orders are sent via best way.  Playinthewild.com does not guarantee same day shipping.  Orders will not be processed on holidays or weekends.

Any shipping discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise.   Discrepancies reported after 3 business days will not be allowed. 

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order and the items must in the original condition in order to obtain credit.  No returns are allowed on special orders or discontinued items.  All returns receive store credit.  The customer pays all shipping charges back to the warehouse.  COD return shipments will not be accepted and only cause a delay in solving your concern.  Playinthewild.com follows manufacturer warranty policies when determining issues regarding replacement of damaged items.

All returns require a Return Authorization number (R.A.#).  Please e-mail sales@playinthewild.com to obtain this number.

To ensure proper credit, please clearly mark the R.A.# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise. 

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns 1) sent without an authorization number, 2) to any items that are damaged or cannot be resold, 3) to any items returned after 15 days from the customer receiving the order, 4) or to any order that is returned by the carrier due to a bad address, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only if the order has not been processed and shipped.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also.  You will be notified if an item is unavailable and backordered.  For this purpose, it is important that you provide us with a valid e-mail address.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If an order is damaged in transit, please contact playinthewild.com immediately.  Keep all original packaging and shipping materials and we will instruct you on procedures to follow.
